StreamMySport considers your privacy of extreme importance. This privacy policy informs our users about the information we collect and how we use it. Site users who provide information about themselves through our registration process and/or who create profiles and upload photographs or videos should read this policy carefully so you can understand how we obtain, use, and safeguard your information. If we update this policy in the future, we will attempt to notify registered users of those changes via email, so please be sure to update your account if you change your email at any time. Collecting and Using Your Personal Information
CONTACT INFORMATION: We collect name, address, phone, mail, and email address data from every person who registers to use our site, whether they are a paid athlete subscriber or a coach/recruiter with free access. We also ask for information pertaining to sport interests. This information is collected for the purpose of communicating with and providing promised services to site users, as specified in the Athlete Terms of Service users agree to when they complete their registration. We also require users to create a username and password to ensure that only they or their designees are authorized to access their accounts. Users can change their passwords at any time by visiting their Account Profile [link to a password-protected My Account ] page.

ATHLETE PROFILE INFORMATION: For athletes who register and create a profile, we also ask for specific detailed information that will be posted for viewing by registered college coaches and recruiters. This profile includes demographic data (residential city/state, age, gender), sport-specific information (position played, handedness, etc.), and academic information (high school attended, year graduating, GPA, awards, interests).

Athletes can also voluntarily post a photograph, a 10-minute video highlighting their athletic skills, letters of recommendation, and school transcripts, as well as create a brief introductory text comment. Athletes agree when registering their account to permit StreamMySport LLC (StreamMySport) to display this information to college coaches and recruiters, and must adhere to the information verifications and prohibitions stipulated in the Athlete Terms & Conditions. Our use of the high school and coach names provided by the athletes as part of their profile is without permission and is not authorized by or sponsored by the schools or coaches.

COACH INFORMATION: College coaches can register at our site to gain access to the full database of athlete profiles and to create their own Watch Lists of candidates they select from that database. In registering, we ask for the name of their college and the sports they coach for the purpose of better understanding our user base and providing needed services.

OTHER INFORMATION
We may also collect generic information from any visitors to StreamMySport.com, including:

1. StreamMySport uses both temporary session and persistent cookies. These enable us to track usage of the site and to eliminate repetitive video autoplays or other redundant steps for returning users. Users are free at any time to set their Web browser to refuse cookies, but should recognize that some features of StreamMySport will not function properly with cookies disabled.
2. StreamMySport servers automatically record your browser log files, which enables us to track overall site usage and learn how to continually improve our Website's navigation and functionality. These logs typically include your IP address, browser type and language, what site/page you were referred from, what site/page you exited to, and the amount of time you spent on one or more pages in the site.
